Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trial terms, how to cancel, and when a refund applies.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Trial

Trial access is time-boxed to the period stated at signup. It does not convert into a paid subscription automatically; a paid subscription begins only when you choose to start one.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling a subscription does not by itself close any open position. You remain in control of your own broker account and should manage or close positions yourself if that is what you intend.

Refunds

Subscription fees are charged for access to the tool for a defined period and are generally non-refundable once that period has begun.

Where the service has been materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact support and we will consider a pro-rata credit or refund on a case-by-case basis.

What is not refundable

  • Trading losses of any kind. Subscription fees are unrelated to trading outcomes.
  • Brokerage, exchange charges and taxes, which are levied by your broker and never received by us.

How to request

Email support from the address associated with your account, describing the issue and the period concerned. We will respond within a reasonable time.
