Terms & Conditions

The terms on which you may use KanavAI.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Nature of the service

KanavAI is a self-directed automated execution tool. It places and closes orders in a brokerage account that you own and have authorised, according to trading parameters that you set and confirm.

KanavAI is not a broker, not a portfolio manager, and not an investment adviser. It does not exercise discretion over your capital beyond executing within the limits you have configured.

2. No investment advice and no guarantee of returns

Nothing made available through the service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. No representation is made that any strategy will be profitable or will avoid losses.

Any performance information published is historical, relates to a demonstration account, and does not guarantee or indicate future results.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining your own brokerage account in good standing and complying with your broker’s terms.
  • Setting, reviewing and confirming your own risk parameters, including target, stop-loss, capital deployed, concurrent positions and maximum daily loss.
  • Deciding whether, and for how long, the service is enabled on your account.
  • Ensuring the capital you deploy is capital you can afford to lose.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations arising from your trading.

4. Broker connection and authorisation

To use the execution features you must authorise KanavAI to access your brokerage account through your broker’s official authorisation flow. That authorisation is granted by you and may be revoked by you at any time, through the service or directly with your broker.

Access credentials and tokens obtained through that flow are stored encrypted and are used solely to operate the service on your account.

5. Fees, trial terms, billing and cancellation

Trial access is time-boxed and is described at the point of signup. Subscription fees, billing cycles and cancellation terms are as published on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Fees are charged for access to the tool. They are not a management fee, are not a share of profits, and are not contingent on your trading results. Brokerage, exchange charges and applicable taxes are levied by your broker and are separate from any fee payable to KanavAI.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KanavAI shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

The service depends on third-party systems including your broker, exchange infrastructure and network connectivity. Interruptions, latency, rejected orders and data errors can occur, and KanavAI does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke your broker authorisation at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued operation would present an unacceptable risk.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Risk disclosure. Trading and investment in securities, including Futures & Options, carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose part or all of your capital. KanavAI is a self-directed execution tool: all trading parameters — including target, stop-loss, and capital deployed — are set and controlled by you, and all trades occur in your own broker account under your instructions. KanavAI does not provide investment advice, does not guarantee profits, and does not hold your funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Read the full risk disclosure.
